I've clarified it above. ENEB offers a graduate-level Master program. This evaluator apparently gave an equivalency to a three-year undergraduate program. On what basis? This is 60 ECTS credits. That's clearly not three years. In Europe, 60 ECTS credits would be done over a single year, or a year and half at most. U.S. credit equivalency comes out at 30 credits. How is that even close to 3 years?
