English language proficiency for non-us students

In order to avoid TOEFL exam for EC im looking 9 RA university credits. I just read this point in detail and what EC say is:

Quote:COMPLETION OF AT LEAST 9 CREDIT HOURS OF ACADEMIC WORK

In courses delivered in English at an institution of higher education in the United States.

In fact I assumed this was referring to RA credits, but i think this definition is broader.

Does anyone know what credits will fill for this request (RA for sure)??
