it seems to be somewhat random - I live in SC, right on the border of NC. So far, all of the NC centers that I have called ARE beta testing, so it may be by state because my SC center is not beta testing.
It may also be by schools. All of the Strayer and UofP schools have been doing the beta testing. The smaller centers are a better bet. If I have time, I think I am going to try to do a statistical analysis to give the probability of any given testing center to be participating in beta testing...hilarious
