SL isn't "inexpensive" in my book, but they're the only other option. YOu have to have a membership ($99), a course ($49?) and then pay for the lab and have it shipped ($99 plus shipping).
If you end up taking it, I would order the lab kit first, because you don't want to spend half of the membership period waiting for it to arrive.
