Technology Certs that transfer to TESU

Certs for previously learned knowledge that can be tested out of. That has ACE transferability would be preferable. He is National Guard so he can get classes paid for. I will look at WGU again and see.
I did find this but unsure on college credit yet https://www.coursera.org/google-it

TESU only gives 3 credits for that one. I saw that on their website, I don't remeber specifically where.
