If he is still in he should apply to BOTH. Coastline College, CA, and Fayetteville Technical Community College, NC. BOTH are off the charts in giving his 90 credits in the JST real meaning. 99% of all other colleges are pure BS.
Truth is I dont know how JST works i have no idea if he has 90 JST. All know he is Nuclear and according to the tesu navy neclear page i added the credits based on his training and it close to 90. And i know he did additional training later on that not everyone did. So im guessing its a lot of credits.
If I had 90 SH from Nuclear I would apply to four schools:
Excelsior & TESU for a BS. Coastline and FTCC for an AS degree.
FTCC puts the JST credits into its own.
