No guarantees in life, but I think it's a pretty good bet that it will pass evaluation. Spain being a major country and all, I can imagine quite a few students from Spain that came to the U.S. with degrees from ANECA-accredited schools and had their degrees evaluated to U.S. equivalency (thinking Spanish language teachers looking for an opportunity in the U.S.). Failing that, you'd still have a degree from a legitimately accredited University that can be verified.
