I feel like their grading has been a bit all over the place, and I’m sure it’s due to COVID-19. My small business finance paper took a week to grade but my small business management paper only took a few hours. The final grade for the finance course took nearly 2 weeks, but the business course grade was done in days.  Maybe different courses have a different number of graders available, but overall it does seems slower.  I have to admit I think they’re doing a pretty good job, considering there has to be a LOT of people using their services these days.
