I knew you were from Singapore or the UK as they offer O-Level and A-Levels!  Anyways, your best bet is to get a TESU BACS degree as WGU would not work for you as you're international and not in the US.  Further to that, it's a "true CS degree" vs a CS concentration at COSC.   You pretty much grabbed that plan requirements and found out Study.com courses would hit the spot!   From looking at your GPA, that's the only thing you need to worry about and I would suggest applying to multiple Masters after you're done with the TESU BACS.

From what i hear the GPAs don't transfer(as least in COSC)? 

Option 1) Should i go with option 1, finish my business degree in COSC and take as many of those study.com courses as I can to make up credit. Maybe get a second degree in CS from TESU?
Option 2) Do credits generally transfer well from COSC to TESU for me to finish there (I only got 43 credits when i applied there for business)?

Also exploring using university of the people for that CS degree (though it's only nationally accredited, not regional)
