Done MBA without a Bachelor's Degree 10 years ago & some employers still demand one

This is a prime example of the watered down k-12 system.  People can no longer think beyond phase 1.  Obviously the hiring person does not understand that the MBA is a superior degree covering information above and beyond what the lower level degree would cover.  For example, a hiring person may overlook someone with an accounting degree because the job description requires a business degree or the job description requires an associates and the candidate has a BA.  

Would OP be better off completing 20 graded credits and graduating from Athabasca University, with the BGS?   It has a 0 residency and he could put a bachelors on his resume so dumb humans or computers don't deny them the job opportunity.

I have never heard of Athabasca University, can you please explain more about completing 20 graded credits and graduating with a BGS? Would someone transfer their grad credits into Athabasca to receive the BGS? Unclear on the steps required. Please advise break-down because this is a new concept.
