I like this idea a lot (huge fan of portfolios). But I'm not sure if it will work. Let me explain what I mean.
At TESU portfolios are evaluated by somebody who is qualified to evaluate them. For example, my accounting portfolios were evaluated by somebody who had an MBA degree. Similarly, I wanted to do a portfolio on sales taxes and property taxes as applied to business, and even found a couple course descriptions from other universities that TESU could have used, but TESU turned me down because they didn't have somebody who was qualified to evaluate it.
So... if they don't have somebody on the faculty who is qualified in that language, I am not sure if they would be willing to give credit for that sort of portfolio. The types of evidence you gave as examples don't really require the elevator to know the language. But even so, I'm not sure what they would say in that kind of a situation. It would be worth asking, because the examples you gave for evidence sound like persuasive and reliable forms of evidence.

BSBA/Accounting TESU (2016). MSA UIUC (2018).
Need help with portfolios? I earned 18 credits at TESU through portfolio evaluations. Nine of those were for upper level accounting courses. My advice for PLA/portfolios: TESU portfolio tips The first post has the Portfolio Checklist I created. Page ten has the actual narrative I wrote to receive credit for ACC-440.
Using Straighterline's Financial Accounting as a substitute for TESU's Intermediate Accounting I? Don't do it if you are an accounting major and/or want your CPA license. They are not the same course and I think TESU has erred in accepting the SL course as Intermediate I. I made this discovery here: Intermediate Accounting II.
