Here's the transfer guidelines for WGU's BS in IT. they accept ACE but not NCCRS (and apparently not Shmoop even though they are ACE). If you have industry certs already you can clear out a good chunk of courses. I believe you have to complete at least 30 units with WGU (i always forget if it's 25 or 30 with WGU. someone will correct me probably).
