One the planning and working backward... What would be the earliest possible graduation? Would it still be possible to start now and finish Oct 1st (grad. Dec.)?
As natsar pointed out there are only four yearly times degrees are granted: March (January 1st), June (April 1st), September (July 1st), December (October 1st).

SOS-110 Critical Information Literacy
May 2019, Jun 2019, Jul 2019, Aug 2019, Sep 2019
BUS-421 Business Administration Capstone
May 2019, Jun 2019, Jul 2019, Aug 2019, Sep 2019

Sep 2019 registration:
Registration Dates: July 29-Aug. 18, 2019
Late Registration: Aug. 19-Sept. 1, 2019 = $115 extra / course ?

What other procedures need to be accounted for? Can someone help with a timeline?
