Any RA college course will transfer as at least a free elective...but that's a pretty low bar. She could take swimming or tennis and have it transfer as a free elective. I agree with Jennifer, you should take the time to plan out the degree now.
If she's taking the business course because she's interested in seeing if she might like to major in business, then taking this course may indeed be a good choice.
