Monroe College has a campus in the Bronx (718) 933-6700 and one in New Rochelle (914) 632-5400 (New Rochelle has a parking lot, the Bronx does not). Test schedules are Monday through Saturday 8:30 am through 4:30 pm and they only charge $15.00 for the administrative fee. I called yesterday and took an exam today (Freshman Comp passed with a 60).
