Tesu General Ed Changes 2019

I officially enrolled and was accepted (yes TESU has such a program) into the AAHS program in Sept 2018. I had not 'officially' enrolled in the BA Social Sciences, which I plan to pursue concurrently with my AAHS. 

When I run my academic evaluation for AAHS Business Ethics (DSST) and Analyzing Lit I (CLEP) apply to ethical leadership and information literacy, however they do not apply to the BA (they show up in liberal arts and electives instead). Why? I checked out the new 2019 gen ed requirements and information literacy has been severely limited to just ONE TESU delivered course (a really basic computer for neophytes course, which I ironically taught to high school freshman that did not need it). While I have no doubt I could ace this course in my sleep I do not want to shell out $1500 or take another literature course! I also have no desire to take another ethics course (especially the preachy enviro ethics offered by Saylor). Does this make sense? I sent an email to TESU addressing this issue, they are always good at answering, still there are many experts on this forum. What do you think, will they honor this credit (which by the way is listed on the TESU CLEP and DSST pages as being honored as an equivalency until 2021), or since I did not officially enroll in BA (BASL?) Social Sciences program will they hold me to the 2019 standard?

Also is there an equivalency for the new info lit course? (just in case I have to take it)
