The exact breakdown would be a little bit different for the other schools. Same principals, though. You only get your max award if you're attending full time.

Thank you for the informative reply. So there's no way around the fees by these schools? Are there any colleges with a very low residency requirement at this moment? The lowest I found so far is Marshall's RBA plan. But then again 24 extra credits is 1 year or so of work. I tried UMPI YourPace but their degree is based on competencies so my 140 credits or so only fulfilled 12 or so competencies out of something like 40. That's not going to work either.
