Did they finally get back to you? This sounds neat. So COSC and Excelsior College seem to have the same policy for a 3rd BS degree.TESU is still a no-go.
I emailed them again, but this time, I expressed interest in a specific program and stated my reasons. I was told to email the Director of Admissions. First, she told me no because she assumed I wouldn't know where to get the transfer credits. I told her my plan, and she finally gave me a yes. I don't think COSC likes to advertise that they'll consider awarding third degrees.
