It will be more expensive at TESU, but it is unlikely to be faster.
Assuming the OP applies to TESU, submits transcripts, and registers for the Cornerstone this week (will take a few days for the application to be approved and a month for the transcript to be evaluated), the earliest cornerstone they can register for is March 2019 term (reg dates 1/18-2/9 unless they pay for late registration for feb term, which ends 2/3), and the earliest Capstone they could register for would be April (pending on how long it takes for the transcripts to be evaluated, possibly March term if TESU is done before 3/3 and the OP pays the late registration fees). The OP can't register for the capstone earlier since TESU won't open the course for registration until they have transcripts in hand showing 100+ credits and most of the AOS complete. Either way, with a March or April capstone, the earliest graduation date they would qualify for would be September, which is 7.5 months away.
Given how fast people can get through courses at WGU (and I assume NAU is similar), and considering the OP already has knowledge of the retested courses, getting through the balance of 30 credits at either school shouldn't take more than 3 months at most. That is 4.5 months earlier. Even if they took 6 months, it would still be a 1.5 months earlier. My guess is they'd be done closer to 2 months given there are only a handful of new courses to be taken, the rest would be refresh.
I'd stick with NAU or transfer to WGU if speed or money is more important. If not repeating work is more important, then TESU is the best choice.
