Will TESU take CIT modules for their CS program?

It will come down to what credits you have completed and how closely they match to the CS degree program at TESU. If you're literally a few courses away and none of them are the hard-to-find courses like data structures (which it looks like you may have already), then yeah you can probably take a few courses from SDC, register for and take the TESU cornerstone and capstone and be done in 6 months or less. The long pole with TESU is taking the capstone, which has to be registered for in advance and takes at least 3 months to complete. Plus you also have to apply for graduation and pay the fees at least 3 months in advance of your chosen graduation date.

With 110+ credits, if you're looking to complete the degree quick, you may be better off finishing up at NAU. Alternatively, WGU may be better if you're interested in a CS-specific degree. I don't know how NAU is with accepting ACE credit, but WGU accepts nearly everything that TESU does. Depending on how close you are, you can transfer up to 75% of the degree in and then burn through the last 30 credits in a few months or less.

My gut says you'd complete your degree faster (and probably more cheaply) via NAU or WGU than TESU. But we'll need to see the credits first to be sure.

I agree.  I think it's better to look forward than backwards in this instance.  Things you should probably do:
1) post your credits here, broken down by where you took them, to see how they'll fit at TESU and WGU
2) contact NAU and ask if they will take your alternative credits
3) determine how much it will cost and how quickly you can complete a degree at all 3 schools.  There will probably be one that stands out as a clear winner.

You might actually want to spend the money to apply to TESU and WGU, to see what you need to complete in order to get a very clear picture.  Guessing is all well and good, up to a point - and in your case, that point is whether they'll take your NAU credits.
