For the BS Technical Studies https://www.tesu.edu/ast/programs/bs/technical-studies  The science lab(s) courses I &/or II should be quite affordable through Clovis CC (NM) http://www.clovis.edu/ or likely https://www.nmjc.edu/.  Just pick your preference of Chemistry I & II  OR  Physics I & II  (Chemistry is generally more readily available)  - If Fast is preferred over cost, I  think Rio Salado http://www.riosalado.edu/ may have option(s) as well.

You can also take Physics I & II through Study.com, and then take Physics I lab through SL, and then Physics II lab through TESU.  Gives you the added benefit of enrolling for a year.
