I'm curious what you mean by efficient? I'm currently trying to assess which school would be better for this type of degree: TESU or Excelsior.
Generally, Excelsior College does not tell me what courses to take for GEN ED. TESU does. 30 years later I was able to get a second BS from 1980 credits from Excelsior College Not so with TESU that keeps changing them. I applied to both. They are more flexible with GED ED which I personally hate. I find UL DSST exam easier compared to LL.
