I also just heard back from an advisor and it doesn't sound like there's any way to do two concentrations. You can do two different AOS, but apparently not two concentrations because the Dean says they are "too similar". They basically aren't differentiating between your AOS and Concentration - they're viewing them as the same thing.
You could always add a certificate instead of a concentration.
The business certificates can be added to the BALS (or any degree). So get a BALS-Psych concentration, and then a General Management (or HRM or Org Leadership) cert. You can use the cert courses that would work in the BALS AOS as well; for instance, if you wanted a cert in GM, you could use BUS 323: Organizational Theory, PSY 301: Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and BUS 324: Managerial Communication in the BALS AOS as UL courses.
