TESU has a degree in Electronics Systems Engineering Technology. They accept up to 117 credits out of 120 for a degree. I don't know enough about plans for that degree to help you out. But this might be something you are interested in.

As active duty military, you can apply for free. So just apply and enter your program as one of those two programs when you apply. They will evaluate your credits and see how close you are to finishing. This could take up to a month. So in the meantime, you could explore other options and take CLEP's and DSST's for free. Even if you don't go to TESU it's free so you have nothing to lose.
