Davar and CSU Global have the easiest to follow study materials. Saylor should take a look at their models. Davar keeps it simple with slides, and those slides directly correspond with their exams. CSU Global's study materials are laid out in modules similar to what one would find in an online course. Their study materials are very detailed, but not overbearing.
