Technical Comm will be satisfied by his BSBA.
Business of IT - Applications can be satisfied by the MIS DSST exam, or you can take a course at Study.com, Ed4Credit, or Davar.
I don't think Network & Security can be done through Straighterline, nor do I think Data Management-Applications can be done through Sophia.
If I were your son, I might give some thought to signing up for a month or two of study.com, and going through all of their computer courses, or at least ones he thinks might be applicable to the degree. If he was going to get the 3 that he could use towards WGU, then he might as well take the rest for free, even if he didn't need them or he wasn't going to get credit for them. He'd start out ahead, with some knowledge before starting the program.
For-credit courses available:
BUS 104: Information Systems and Computer Applications
BUS 109: Intro to Computing
COMPSCI 102: Fundamentals of IT (needed for WGU degree)
COMPSCI 103: Computer Concepts & Applications
COMPSCI 302: Systems Analysis & Design
COMPSCI 303: Database Management (needed for WGU degree)
