The accelerated second degree BSN programs are for people without the initial RN who already have a bachelor's in something- in this category, you can find face to face programs that are less than 2 year, however, these are VERY EXPENSIVE, which is to say this is the MOST EXPENSIVE way to become a nurse.
The only workaround I've ever heard of are the bridge programs for people who are not RNs but have something else - like an LPN or EMT with significant clinical experience, but now we're chasing unicorns.
I forgot to say, getting into nursing school of any flavor is no small task.
