The NFA Course, Q0118, Self-Study Course for Community Safety Educators is set to expire 9/30/2018, according to ACE.  So, there is not as much of a hurry for that one.

I am actually done with both the NFA and Insurance Ethics 312. It has been in a "pending organisational review" state/status for the last 2 business days on the ACE site. I almost started a thread asking if this was normal. My TEEX and College Algebra ALEKS had much faster turn around times for approval. Who knows which side has a bottleneck if in fact there is one? I am just going to sit tight and be patient. I would chalk it up to being near 4th of July as a possible slow down but most of this stuff is automated...who knows.

I completed and submitted the NFA course on 6/29 and mine is still pending as well.

Just a heads up: I completed and submitted my NFA course on 6/28 and it was just approved to my ACE transcript 10 minutes ago.

My NFA just got approved today as well. My Insurance Ethics 312 is still pending organisation review.
