Thanks for the link, I always appreciate the savings. It was an interesting call with Prometric and you could tell the lady had a 'script' to follow.
One point I made to her was that in my mind, they were providing the tests as a service and that since they used test sites, that they held responsibility for maintaining the quality of the test site. The comment by me was clearly off her script.... I went to say the test sites were 'field representatives of Prometric.... It took tons of this kind of back of and forth before she would even tell me there was an appeals process.
Again- this is my simple mind talking here, but the test was not delivered in order. (first question was from section 3..... and it bounced all around) I would think they could look at my score, calculate my success rate- ( q-correct/ q-answered) and then calculate that forward for the remaining time (in question) and re-score.
