I am beyond frustrated with Pierpont.
I've been emailing back and forth with Nancy Parks for over a year. There has been delay after delay, mostly caused by waiting for transcripts to arrive and be entered into their system. I was told I would graduate last fall (I have 84 credits in their system) but then there was some issue with a computer class so I took and passed the computer/technology DSST in February and asked that the score be sent directly to Pierpont. Since it can take up to 90 days for DSST to send scores, I have checked in periodically on the FELIX system and with Ms. Parks via e-mail. At the 90 day mark, I e-mailed her and the registrar asking if they had received the score (it is still not in FELIX) and if not, how I should proceed. This was 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a response. I sent a follow up e-mail last week, again with no response.
