Fewer Colleges Accepting ACE? What Happened?

I don't know if they were misleading people on purpose or if they just didn't think they should have 2 lists (takers /givers). They were very careful to say that the colleges participated in ACE - but the distinction is that they weren't all RECEIVING colleges, rather some on that list were PROVIDERS of ACE credit (my local CC is on the list and after much investigation and credit denial I was able to locate the courses they offered- they were a CEU product that would be worth ACE credit if you used it in their certificate program, but they accepted no other ACE at all).
