The only thing that would concern me of the international version is that the Capstone is very focus on the case studies - I would be concerned the international version would not have the case studies you absolutely must have to take the course.
Like I said, in my experience, it's the same book with all the same info, just arranged differently. That's why you have to compare the 2 books to make sure that it has EVERYTHING that you need (this would include case studies).
