I wasn't aware that CLEP exams can be sent for free to TESU! Is it only free post exam via testing center or can it be done via collegeboard for free as well?
Regardless, I think I'm gonna request to send them off tomorrow...
I will be contacting SL tomorrow to see if I can't get a refund on my ENG 102 course seeing as I completed the CLEP with Essay about 3 years ago.
Thanks for the speedy response, looks like I've got 3 more credits than I thought :')
There should be an option before you take the CLEP exam, asking whether you'll be sending the scores to a particular school. They put in the school code, and off they go automatically when you get your passing score.
If you need to contact them to send a score after the fact, you have to send (fax?) a transcript request form and pay $20.
You can submit a FAX or US mail request, but you can also just call them and request the transcript directly... it just requires a credit card.
DSST, on the other hand, still requires a FAX or US mail request and won't take transcript requests by phone.
I'm surprised that neither company supports getting an unofficial transcript or requesting official transcripts via their website. I'm sure that will come eventually.
