study.com disc versus normal costs
application fee - $75  (same)
graduation fee - $332 (same)
residency waiver - $1800 vs $2500
capstone - $1098 vs $1500
cornerstone - waived vs $300
Total:  $3305 vs $4707  ($1402 savings with study.com)

Yes.

Not just apply. You have to graduate.

2. Residency waiver and capstone fee must be paid by June 30.  Correct?
3. Can you take an epack course (by June 30) instead of capstone and still receive the discount?

It's very likely there will still be discounts July 1st and after, but the costs will probably be a lot more.

Yes, waiver by June 30 to get the current pricing.

I don't think you have to actually begin doing the capstone until July, but yes, June 30 to get the current pricing.

A loan or financial aid could be gotten for the capstone.

I'm confused about the e-pack question. You mean doing a capstone with zero help from a mentor? Doesn't seem like a good idea even if it were allowed.

I thought I read that you could complete any course by June 30 (not just the capstone) and still receive the discount, meaning the capstone could be taken later.  I must have misunderstood.

If you enroll without the study.com discounts, what fees are due up-front?

All of TESU's options for taking courses are the same price - guided study, online or e-pack.  Not every class with have all 3 options.  The capstone can only be taken via online or Guided Study.  I did the GS, but if I had to do it over again, I'd probably choose online - I don't think it really mattered much.  I did like the mentor I got though, he was very nice, helpful, and forgiving (as long as you contacted him BEFORE a problem and not after).

Regarding employer reimbursement, you might want to check first.  That's the one thing that COSC has going for it that TESU and don't - employers will almost always pay tuition, but won't always pay fees.  The RW is a mighty large fee you might have to pay, as opposed to COSC who only has a small fee to pay.

FEES
COSC - Student Service Fee $275, Technology Fee $68, Graduation Fee $215 (total of $558 if you're there 1 term or $833 for 2 terms)
EC - Enrollment Fee $1095, Graduation Fee $495 (total of $1590)
TESU - RW $1800 (or $2500), Graduation Fee $332 (total of 2132 if paying RW before 6/30 or $2832 after)

Wow, I didn't realize COSC was so much cheaper.  I thought they were all similar.  Do EC and COSC both required 30 UL, and TESC 15?  That's a big difference in the three.
