Regarding proctoring, what I loved about study.com was the ability to test at any time, without having to schedule it ahead of time. I too have a little one at home. I've had him interrupt a test and climb up in my lap and it was ok. They mainly want to know you aren't cheating, so it's unlikely a crying baby or toddler is going to be seen as cheating.
