No idea on the study resources, but wanted to say that no one can tell you how many hours it would take to study for something, ESPECIALLY math. If you already know a lot of the content, then you may be able to take it cold. If you are starting from scratch, and not a math-person, it could take a long time to get up to speed. And anything in between. For the CLEP exams, you can take the ModernStates course to see if you know the material. You can also look at the test descriptions to see if you know the material.
