It's up to you. If you enroll now, you pay the $75 and lock in the current catalog. If you wait, things may change, although it doesn't seem very likely for that degree.
I'm also not entirely certain if you will be required to have College Algebra and Statistics, since they're included in the degree but not in the Core or AOS. I'm guessing you need to add those, but it would be nice to know up front.
Since you know for certain the Core and AOS needs to be completed, you could easily get started on those and have a lot more credits to throw in for the initial eval.
