That screenshot is just an image of the DSST exam equivalency page from the 2017/18 Undergrad Catalogue. As I mentioned in the last post, that was the only reference I could find on Technical Writing being applicable to Information Literacy in the current catalog. But only as it applies to the Technical Writing DSST. That is listed as fulfilling the Information Literacy requirement, but if you scroll to the right of that image, you'll see that expired 3/31/17.
If you took the Technical Writing DSST prior to April 1st, 2017 you may be able to apply it to fulfill the Information Literacy requirement. However, if you're on the current catalog, Technical Writing no longer appears to meet the Info Lit requirement.
