Any point to an AA at the same time as a BA?

Just in case anyone else was wondering, TESU confirmed today that if "you complete another degree and request graduation for that degree before December 1, 2018, you would not have to pay another Residency Waiver Fee."

Out of curiosity, did you pay your Residency Waiver Fee on Dec 1 2017?

I'm just trying to figure out if TESU is making/putting a deadline on a new policy *OR* if there is just a one-year countdown based on the date you paid your Residency Waiver Fee... I was always under the impression that there was a one-year countdown from the date the Residency Waiver Fee was paid.
