They will probably give 10% off as the new discount. Maybe more. But otherwise, yes I would predict the new price to be more like $8800 which is a big difference

Pausing seems unlikely, but that is a good idea to check into. I would do the ACE, CLEP, etc credits while you take classes, especially if it's only 3 classes per quarter. At the end, you can also rush and finish ACE, CLEP, etc.
