Aspiring BA CS/MATH double major (Thanks TrailRunr!!!)
#4
You may have to come up with a couple more math courses, which isn't the end of the world - it doesn't look like you're taking all 36cr that TESU will allow.

The main issue I think you're going to have is that you're going to have to take a LOT of credits from TESU in a single year, and you have to enroll by 6/30 for the study.com discount. That means that you need to pass at least one course through Study.com (sooner rather than later), apply, get transcripts sent, and be ready to enroll by the deadline. Then, you are going to have to carefully plan out your courses, so that you can get anything that has a prereq completed before moving on. You will have to enroll in one course immediately, and decide how you're going to get through all of the courses in a year. It will probably be tricky, and a difficult year to get through.

If you haven't already taken Calc I & II, I suggest you try to get those done ASAP so you're ready to go immediately on Day 1 when you enroll.

I thought the same thing too. However, when I checked the Edx website, it looks like at least one of the courses is available to earn credit. According to Edx's Alternative Credit Project page, to earn credit you have to take the course using the Verified Certificate Option. Right now, the Nonlinear Differential Equations: Order and Chaos course is showing as having that option available for $49. Hopefully the other two become available soon Smile

That course is not one of the ones that's ACE-recommended.  The only ones you can take are the ones by Boston University (BUx).  Also, the ACP/ACE recommendation expires on 3/31/18, and there's a good possibility they won't be renewed.
