I passed both the Analyzing and Interpreting Literature and Humanities CLEPS using only Modern States resources and studying off and on for about a week each. I realize that everyone tests differently but they've been great for me.
Did they actually have all the knowledge you needed for those then? My main 'experience' was that I studied their Marketing and Management stuff extensively, took the MS tests getting 100%, but as soon as I listened to the FCP audios found all these new facts that I hadn't learned under MS... which absolutely WAS on my CLEP tests.
Some tests might be better than others (it could be great to compile a list/comparison maybe?) but I got about half the information I needed from Modern States and their simulated test did not match the real CLEP very well on the two I test. (i'll make a note they are currently revising their Marketing material - I took the class still available in mid-December, which has since been replaced by a 'coming soon' class starting in April, the new material may be vastly superior)
