To be on the safe side, I would recommend making sure the NA degree is, in fact, USDOE and CHEA recognized and not just one of the two... (example) as ACICS lost their USDOE but retained their CHEA recognition. Another example, ITT Tech is well recognized in Canada, they were an NA institution, the same goes with Corinthian Colleges, some of the schools were RA and others were NA, they even had campuses in Canada.
Is this the same thing, or are they using language creatively here?
