For the business ones you do them at once. You can't graduate with one business concentration and come back for another. Also you probably cannot come back for a certificate, because you would have to pay thousands for the TESU courses like eriehiker was saying.
However, for one business and one non-business you cannot do them at the same time. Like BA History and BSBA Accounting.
Many people think that undergrad certificates are not worth it. But if they are really cheap and quick for you, it could be worth something.
