It's really hard to equate effort between different people. Do you have computer science experience? If so, you can move much faster than someone who does not. I took about 20 months, starting with about 2 years worth of credits, including all the calculus required. However, I wasn't really trying to rush. The hard thing about the BACS is that not all of the UL CS courses you need are available inexpensively or by testing. That may slow you down a little. I've attached my BACS spreadsheet for TESU. Hopefully it will help you see what you need to do.
