TESU has one at the bottom of https://www.tesu.edu/admissions/Transfer-Credit.cfm it is just not that expansive. Mostly includes schools in NJ, but there is a smattering of random outside schools included.

Yes, but for the Uexcels take care to look at the course prefix ending with an X, for example ACCX212 instead of ACC212. I posted a spreadsheet earlier this year with this information and I recall that most of the equivalencies were the same for the courses as the Uexcels, but there were a few exceptions. I can't recall the specific examples offhand.
