Our CC's program is only 1 class and prepares you to sit the exam --> license. It's also about $500. The issue is that it's not worth college credit, so people who want a DEGREE in real estate, have to do that separately from getting their license, and there aren't a ton of options.
When my son was in high school, he took the class, and I worked in the background trying to figure out how to roll together a degree in real estate for him- fast forward he changed directions, but after a lot of looking, this is a tough field to find online - let alone through affordable schools or ones that take alternative credit!
