He'd be much better off with a traditional 4-yr in-state school, or another school instead of TESU. Does he want to do an online school? Or is he ok with going to a regular school, including Community College to offset some of the costs? Has he done online courses before? It's not an easy way to go through, if he's not super self-motivated.
You bring up one great point as many Community Colleges have been certified by NSA too. I bet with an NSA approved 2-year CC cybersecurity degree you could do the Big 3 easy with all the needed skills.
