Shmoop is really cheap and doesn't have proctored exams. TESU takes ACE credit, and Shmoop is ACE. Shmoop looks really great until you find out that their exam questions are worded in tricky ways. It can be frustrating.
The Davar option is much better for the International course than the Study.com one. Just because the Study.com makes you write 4 papers and the Davar one you just take the exam.
Some people like Davar instead of doing like 100 quizzes on Study.com, but mostly Study.com is easier.
A course can't fulfill 2 requirements. You pick which requirement you want the course to go into.
TECEP doesn't require enrollment but you get a small price break if you are. TECEP is $117 if you are enrolled. TECEP is not a course like SL. You just study and take the exam. Kind of like a CLEP. Many TECEPs have essay questions.
