There are more schools than just EC that you can do this with. You need to read the Beginner's Guide and understand the process, and continue to read this forum. After a month or two of regular forum reading, you will really start to get the hang of this, and be ready to choose a degree and a school, and make a plan.
Unfortunately, due to switching to a new type of forum, I can't find the original Beginner's Guide, which I think was very helpful to understanding the process.
